I started STC because senior-level UC engineering was too hard to find.

I have spent 25 years working inside complex Cisco UC environments. CUCM, Contact Center, UCCX, Unity, Webex, Amazon Connect. Large enterprises, multi-site deployments, migrations that should have been straightforward and weren't. I have seen what happens when the wrong person is in the room on a high-stakes engagement. I started Solution Track Consulting so there would be a better option.

Every engagement at STC is led and delivered by me. Not a team you interviewed once and never saw again. If you have a UC environment with real problems and real stakes, that is the work I am here for.
